Within 14 days, if a returned item is still in its original sealed box and in sellable condition, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping and a 15% fee to cover administrative and re-stocking costs. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return or exchange, unless the item is defective. Opened merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please note that potentially defective ink must be returned directly to Epson. You can contact Epson Tech Support at (800) 873-7766. Epson will immediately replace defective ink cartridges. If a returned ink cartridge is found to be working properly, Epson will return the same ink cartridge to you via ground shipping. If you're returning possibly defective ink, Epson will need to be provided with: • Epson Unit Identification Number, • Part number, • Lot number (a code with two numbers and two letters on the ink cartridge itself), • Expiration date of the ink cartridge, and • The error message that's being displayed. This information will help Epson to track potential trends in equipment failure. Please send the ink per the e-mail instructions that our Representative will give to you. Every E-Complete Go-Cart brand plastic folding cart comes with a 60-day limited warranty that protects against defects and begins at the original date of purchase. Extended warranties may be available for purchase on some models. Although all of our Go-Carts are made with superior quality plastics, their lifespan can significantly decrease with misuse. For optimal performance, we recommend not exceeding the weight limit, not banging the cart against hard surfaces or hauling the cart up and down stairs. (Due to the repeated impact stairs can decrease the life of a cart.)
Within the first 30 days of the warranty period, if a E-Complete brand Go-Cart should fail we will replace the cart at no charge and we will also ship the replacement cart to the customer at our expense. For the remainder of the warranty period, we will replace the cart at no charge and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement cart. This warranty also covers customized and screen-printed carts, however the replacement cart will not, in most cases, be customized due to high printing setup costs. If the additional 9-month warranty is purchased for your Go-Cart, this warranty covers the cost of a replacement cart for a period of 9-months. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the replacement cart. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs after original 30 day warranty period. For other cart models, please see their product pages for their respective warranties. All returned carts must be in there original sealed box and in sellable condition. We will typically refund the purchase price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee to cover administrative costs. If the box has been opened, we may charge an additional re-stocking fee. However, some items once opened cannot be returned. All returned items must include their original packaging materials. If a product has been used or appears to have been used any refund would be based on the condition of the return. For our other product lines warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check product documentation for the customer service number of the manufacturer of the product you purchased. If you cannot locate the number, please call or email us and we will assist you in making sure the problem is handled to your complete satisfaction.
